Jenny Fuller and Adam Sharp founded Blue Sky Care in 2021 following the sale of Berkley Care Group's 6 luxury care homes to Korian, a major listed French care home group.

Of the 6 care homes sold, 3 had been rated as Outstanding by CQC. A further care home operated by the directors is also currently rated as Outstanding by CQC. Jenny and Adam both have extensive experience in commissioning, delivering and operating newly built care homes funded by private investors, banks and venture capital funds.
