Demi Fuller has worked in the care sector since October 2011 when she joined Berkley Care Group  as administrator at Bayfield Court in Chingford. Whilst working as administrator she also took on shifts as a carer and then senior carer to build up her experience in the day to day operations of a care home. Consequently she was appointed as full time Senior Carer at Bayfield Court and subsequently the Deputy Manager. In September 2013 she was appointed Deputy Manager at Groveland Park and worked there until October 2015. During this time she helped build the team and fill  the home at very healthy weekly fees. In October 2015 she was appointed Operations Manager at Berkley Care Group responsible for the commissioning and operation of the sites from build to fill stage. Demi has training in all aspects of health and social care including NVQ levels 3 and 5 as well as Level 7 (masters equivalent) strategic senior management.
